For data policy compliance, the Host List will no longer automatically be duplicated, when an event is duplicated.
On event duplication, the user who duplicates the event, will be the only host (and owner) of the new created event.

When logged into the platform https://event.swisscom.ch/ as subscription admin user, you will now have a button "Library" on the top right.

With this button you can switch to the Library view, where you will see the events you are "registered" for, have "attended" or missed "no-show", listed in the two lists "upcoming events" and "previous events"
There you can now switch between "tile view" and "list view"

Once you are in this Library view, you will find the "Cockpit" button on the top right, to get back to the usual Cockpit/Admin View, where you can see and edit the events you are owner or host of.

("Attended Events" has now been removed from the Cockpit, as attended events can now be found in the Library)

File viewer replaced
To strengthen security, the file viewer used in the 'Event Files' feature and the 'Preview File' app in Rooms, has been replaced, bringing changes to the user interface.

Recordings of your StreamPro livestreams will now get available for download under the recordings section in the cockpit.
The files are automatically deleted after 90 days.

Security Enhancements
Various security fixes to improve frontend security by moving functions that require elevated permissions to the backend.
Every user logged in to https://event.swisscom.ch/ can now choose to permanently delete their user account via the "User profile".

When scheduling an e-mail to be sent automatically, you have now the option to only send the e-mail to users who have opted-in before.

This option only makes sense in combination with the "Enforce double opt-in" option

You can now allow users to access events after they have ended.

This option has to be enabled for your subscription first. Contact us if you are interested.
