We've now launched "Webinar Mode" - Beta

Run a webinar on your Main Stage where attendees are view-only by default, with the option to join in actively.

Your event visitors will only be able to watch/consume the event, if they want to ask a question, they can click the "Raise Hand" button and as a Host, you can decide if you upgrade this person to a participant.

If so, they get the right to turn on their microphone/camera and join the call.

This feature can also be used in rooms.

* A Webinar requires a panelist to be present at all times, otherwise the call is ended.

Two improvements that have also gone out today!

We're disabling Zoom virtual background for now, as this improves behavior for visitors with older hardware.

We've made a small change to the calendar ICS behavior.

All future calendar entries/invites will now show up as busy to make sure your calendar is blocked during an event.

A new feature to redirect users to your custom feedback form is now available on the configuration tab (Post-event redirect).

If you have an image inside an agenda session description, they are now also shown in the .ics invite when you download the invite for that specific session.
