When scheduling an e-mail to be sent automatically, you have now the option to only send the e-mail to users who have opted-in before.
This option only makes sense in combination with the "Enforce double opt-in" option
You can now allow users to access events after they have ended.
This option has to be enabled for your subscription first. Contact us if you are interested.
Subscription owners can now choose to automatically add the subscription owner or all authorized admin users as event hosts to all events that are created.
Events, that are created while one of this options is enabled, will therefore appear in the event list of the according authorized users.

Delete Event
Event Owners can now delete events.
This option is found at the bottom of the "Operations" section in the cockpit
All user data will be deleted with the event.

Single list of attendees & more
- The guest list has been merged with the attendees list and can now be found in the "Attendees" section.
- Email Templates and more can now be accessed via the hamburgermenu on the right.
- A new filter "Not Attended" has been added.
- guests can neither be edited nor deleted from the cockpit, once they have attended
- "attended date" is now written to the list
- All attendees/guest details are now shown in the info dialog
- Attended events listing in cockpit
- Limit chat feature to global chat only, by disabling chat conversations
We've made some improvements to the following features:
Internal title for broadcast (only shown for hosts).
- This should make it easier for you to create a simple list of preconfigured broadcast events.
We've also found and fixed an issue with the export/import of events.
We've also added an option for Hosts and Speakers to easily copy the questions asked on teh Q&A Board:
- Copy QA question
- Copy Q&A reply
And to make sure your next event uses all the same settings, we now also include duplication of the Q&A settings (mainstage + all rooms).
And based on feedback from some of the organizers of our events, we've change the default settings for new events:
Set allow conversations to false by default
And we now also show a pre-join screen for networking calls.

We now allow you to easily monitor your encoder and stream quality while using StreamPro.
You can find this both under the main stage live stream, as well as in the streaming destination configuration.
We also added a "Delete all Q&A" button to the cockpit, so you can now easily remove content once you've exported it all.
Add default stream pro destinations to subscriptions (Shared Stream).
- This enables a standard streaming mointpoint that can be used in all your live streaming events. So less configuration, more streaming!
Simply click on "My subscription" in the cockpit and create your own StreamPro mointpoint now.
We automatically create the StreamPro destination on every new event you setup.
We've also added a simple "preview stream" in the cockpit on the mainstage and streaming destinations list. So you as Host can check the stream in the cockpit before going live.
We've made a small tweak to adjust the camera & microphone settings dialog when joining main stage on a conference call.

Ps. we've published some additional API's to make this work, so perhaps you can use those even if you don't use Eloqua. In the cockpit simply click on your user profile and select API Keys for more details.
